How are you all doing ? guess you all are doing fantastically great.

So I got a mail last week Sunday, how to relate with a co jealous worker and am here today to give my own take on it.

The best way to deal with such co-worker is to ignore her.

Start minding your own business, what I meant by this statement is that you are a PA put your self in a high esteem class where she won't be able to come to you to ask you the type of cream or soap you use.

How do you do this? by respecting yourself, stay in your lane.

Don't interfere in any issues that doesn't concern you, respect yourself mind your work, you are a PA you hold a high profile in that place guide it with respect don't allow anyone to drag your reputation to the floor.

Any time she comes to your desk to ask you the type of cream you use, tell her your Colour  are different and that your cream can't suit her body and if she still insist tell her you don't remember the name.

If you guys are always going for break together sweetie put a stop to it.

Face what you are doing in that office of yours.

 Mind your business 100percent.

Another thing is she might start looking for your trouble in other for you guys to fight ladies like her have no shame and she might even start spreading rumours about you.

When all these happen you will really need alot of patience to deal with her I will suggest when these happen the best way to fight her is to keep silent duo it might be hard especially when she spread lies about you but like my mom used to say silent is golden
